PATHETIV SERVICE - RATING 1/10

I took my bakkie to Lowveld body works (Nelspruit) for hail damage. Prior to taking my car there, I asked them how long it would take for my car to be fixed. Initially they said a month and due to the fact that I use my car for business purposes I told them that would not work for me, I would rather look for an alternative panel beater as I needed my vehicle back in 2 weeks max. After careful consideration on their part, they decided that they would be able to do the job in 2 weeks. I dropped off my on the 18.09.2018 and was going to receive it on the 04.10.2018. The day came and I went to the panel beaters to collect my car but guess what; my bakkie was not even close to completion. They gave me all sorts of excuses and promised that the car will be ready on the 12.10.2018 but surprise, suprise I went to check up on the today 11.10.2018 to confirm what time I should collect my bakkie. I got there and my bakkie won't be ready for collection as they promised. I have been **** to twice and n this while process no one has bothered to give me updates and inform me as to why. Thier service is pathetic and I'd advice you never to consider them when in need of panelbeating. They are just a Pathethic company with pathetic service to top it off. Now I must wait unt Wednesday 17.10.2018 for my bakkie but I doubt if the bakkie will even be ready for collection on the promised date. UTTER DISSAPOINTMENT!!!
