Late Delivery for Car repairs

My vehicle was booked in for repairs on the 26/10/2015, the insurance called them to check if the parts were ordered already and they confirmed that the parts will be delivered the very same afternoon the 2 doors on the left hand side were damaged, The insurance kept on updating me about the progress but after i exausted the Courtesy car (15/11/2015) they stopped updating me, i sent them an email requesting the availability date for the vehicle but they did not respond, i waited for a week and called them on the 19/11/2015, they promised me that the car is almost done and it will be ready soon... earliest was Friday 20/11/2015 and the lates was Monday 23/11/2015, during lunch time today the 23/11/2015 i went there to check if the car is ready, however the car was not ready they promised me that they were waiting for the guys from Glasfit to fix the broken glass before they can finish up and they promised that the car will be done today.
