TRANSFER BAKER & KILPERT TO SINGH - RE OF ERF 166

Hi I have been having difficulties in communicating with our Transfer attorneys for a property that we bought. <br> On the 03/02/2015 they confirmed they received our transfer instruction. On the 20/02/2015 we came in and signed and transferred the deposit of 200k and the 29k transfer cost. Niekie mentioned that our property will be transferred by the 20/03/2015. On the 03/03/2015 attorneys received confirmation of bond guarantees by the bond attorneys. On the 09/03/2015 received an email from Niekie informing us that the awaiting for the rates clearance certificate and transfer duty receipt and will lodge on receipt. On the 24/03/2014 we where notified by Niekie that the seller as not provided a COC as his electrician as to complete some work. Today is the 09/04/2015 and our property has still not been lodged for transfer and the attorneys have still not received the COC from the seller. <br> <br> We feel that our transfer is not treated with any urgency and it is one sided to the seller advantage.
