No delivery and No feedback!

I am a very unhappy customer and disappointed due to the service I have received from you, I gave my brother (Nhlanhla Masondo) money to deposit in their account on the 25/01/2018 on their FNB account and made an order for two stripped T-shirts and a cap last month and have not received any feedback from them, last month they said they did not have the stock for the caps and we agreed they would send the T-shirts,I tried to call them several times and have sent watsapp messages which they just blue tick and do not respond to, they even told me that they will place my account under supervision. because I ask them everyday,What I find worse is that they do not tell me that you are awaiting stock still or at what stage they are of the ORDER PROCESS, It is really frustrating as I do not even know whether they understand that I am a customer, considering how they are behaving. I really find that very unprofessional as they refuse to refund me or to deliver my goods. I sent them an e-mail telling them i will go to hello peter and they have ignored it.
