Lowes hardware delivery service

My experience with Lowes hardware delivery has been a nightmare. First of all I was not the customer. The product was only to be delivered to my address for my roommates mother because her home was being renovated and could not be placed inside of her home. My home is directly beside hers this made it convenient for her to instruct them to drop off only. That was the instructions. Clear and direct and to the point drop off only. They decided to to come into my home and start disassembling my stove. I went into my kitchen and stopped them just in time actually it was to late they had ripped the handle off the bottom oven of my double oven door. I told them to stop that oven isn't mine it is just to be dropped off and that is all what are you doing? They tried putting the handle back on the oven door. A piece of it was still laying in the floor. "I asked them aren't you going to fix that" ? They stuck it on there I thought it was fixed. They took a picture of it like they fixed it. They left. I went to pull the door open the entire handle came off. I walked out the kitchen to show my roommate and we heard a loud noise the oven door fell and hit the floor. I was livid!!!!!! I called lowes hardware in Statesville North Carolina. This is where the range that was delivered was purchased from they informed me this was a delivery issue. The delivery person they would send someone out the next day to fix my stove. The next day two men came from lowes and said my oven door could not be repaired. I called customer service and told them this they filed a claim. The claim specialist Taylor Sweatt informs me the door can be fixed and offered me 200 dollars over the phone. I declined. First of all the men looked at the ***** and seen where it was broken off Taylor was sitting in his office at his desk on a phone telling me that this could be fixed at market value. He also informed me that I would not get more than 200 dollars for this claim even though at the beginning I was purchasing food and my neighbor was cooking for me. I have had to push my kitchen table up against a small oriental stand just to keep the oven door closed. I have long haul covid. I have to sit down when I cook now I have to walk around my kitchen table to the other side of my stove to cook. At night we forget that the stand is there so we trip over the stand because it's in the pathway to get to the cabinets and kitchen sink in front of the stove. Lowes informed me that since I mentioned the word lawyer they would no longer speak with me regarding the fact that people they hired to deliver their product to my address destroyed my property they would no longer speak to me since I said the word lawyer. I feel that between Lowes and the delivery service the two of them can replace my double oven and the money I had to spend on food in the beginning until I found a way to cook without the oven door falling and especially falling on my feet.
