Poor quality garment

Order was processed efficiently and it was great to have a company that had beautiful designs and they were customisable for plus size customers. Promising quality. I placed the order on the 30/8/2024 and received the order today. The order was wrapped in branded tissue paper an had a thank you card. I was so excited. However the fabric of the dress and top I ordered were of a poor quality- not Bon Bon and feels like thin t-shirt material. “ Our professional fabric selectors will immediately be selecting only the finest fabric and deliver it to our magic workshop where our team makes it all happen” This was their statement in the email I received after my order was processed. The dress fits and looks ok. The other item is a top with twisted details and it seems to have been incorrectly sewn. The fact that I ordered a custom size, means it also conveniently can’t be returned. For R1569 I could have ordered much better quality plus size garment through Superbalist - Trendyol.
