Horrible

I ordered a dress on the 27 July 2026 I received it a month later now I’ve been requesting for a refund cos the dress doesn’t fit they are ignoring me. There is no contact details only email address which they do not respond. This is horrible experience ever as I was supposed to attend a wedding and I spent a lot of money on.
