DISGRACEFUL SERVICE!

I bought a pair of harem pants in navy, they fitted fine so I ordered another pair in black. They were a completely different cut way too big in front, they looked like maternity pants. When I complained I was told to send both pairs to them so they could fix there mess. I couriered the pants to them on the 15th November and never heard again. I got in touch with them today and was told that I sent them a pair of pants from Woolworths (I do not buy my pants from Woolworths) and the other pants in the photo they sent me are a different colour! They have attached my note to these two pairs of pants and are now saying that is what I sent them!!! How disgraceful to openly lie like that, they do not know what they are doing! I have paid them for two pairs of pants and I have nothing!! That is disgusting! They are clearly a ****!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 In these times it is so wrong to blatantly take people’s hard earned money like that!!
