Avoiding responsibility

Lisa voges from lovisa skin care allowed me to stock her skin care range. At some point i asked to return stocks for refund due to other commitments and being away. She agreed to me returning thrm in october 2018 it has now been 8months and she has not honoured the responsibility of refunding me my money. She has ignored all forms of communication ever since.
