Shocking service from Doggy Parlour

I had my Pikengese doggy booked in to be shaved at Loving Care - Doggy Parlour. We made it very clear to the owner - to please keep away from his skin - its sensitive. When my wife picked up our doggy from the parlour - she was shocked to see what they have done. The hair was cropped very short to the skin, so close...even blade marks was visible. The owner blamed this on knots in the dogs hair. I have never seen knots in a dogs hair - that you cant remove with a scissor. The owner will take no responsibility - and we didn't even get a \sorry\". She will also not help with any vet bills. I had to go to the vet twice, because of the damaged and infected skin. Doggy was traumatized for more then a week - stopped eating - wouldn't come out from under the bed, shivering all the time. I am shocked and appalled - and would never go back there again. "
