Overpriced Junk Yard

We had checked in on Friday the 5/01/18 at this so called family resort. The price per night was R1000.00 per night for a 4 sleeper log cabin. Prior to that we had issues getting our confirmation from them which they had only sent after several phonecalls. When we arrived at our cabin the dustbins were overflowing with beer bottles and *******. The door couldnt open. The ceilings were full of huge spider webs and the place is old run down and filthy. When we checked the utensil check list there was alot of shoratges. The place is barely furnished. After complaining we were moved to an 8 sleepet unit which was very cramped and also barely furnished. When viaiting the pool area we noticed the large pool is green. Smaller pools were ok but there was no hot water pool as advertised. This place attracts a large rowdy crowd of day visitors who are blaring music from their cars and are drinking infront of so many kids. The charges are insane and definetly not worth a single cent. By far the worst holiday of our lives. The bed sheets were cheap and filthy. The walls full of dead mosqitoes and the worst pillows in the world. Outside patio light doesnt work so its absoloutely dark at night. This is not a family resort and is definetly not worth a single cent spent.not once did anyone from the office come and see if anything is needed or if everything is ok. Over priced and overcharged. For the pricing they either need to upgrade drastically or drop charges dramaticaly for it to be worth the facilities
