Extremely poor customer service

After being a regular visitor at this establishment for over 6years I am very disappointed to share that after a complaint regarding aggression, fowl language and a threat on my safety, the follow up from Management has been shocking. It is very sad that one individual can bring a whole business down and still create an unnecessary drama out of it when reprimanded. I am amazed that the bad attitude and unprofessional behavior is excused and I would be very weary to support such low standard of service.
