Saxophone

In 2012 I walked into the Brixton branch with my Yanigasawa tenor, querying on the sax and asked if I could exchange it for an alto that is of similar value... I just started playing sax at that time so I had no clue on name brands of saxophones, so a friend pointed me to Lovemore Brixton and said to go there they got plenty experience and are trust worthy and that is exactly what I did. I spoke to a lady at the back of the shop by where they fix the instruments at Lovemore Brixton, and said to her 'I don't know what sax I got but would you be able to give me a alto that is the value of my Tenor...?' She then said yes and gave me a Trevor James 'the Horn' which at that point Judging from what my friend said I can trust this company, I should take comfort in this Lady, she knows her job. I went ahead and agreed. As the years went by I start gaining knowledge on saxophones and only to find out I had a world class saxophone worth tens of thousands and the saxophone I got is worth R5000 when I heard that I felt ****** by a company that people speak highly of , and that the company can take advantage of my lack of knowledge at that point is heart breaking...
