QUOTE ON CORT GUITAR VALID 30 DAYS
My daughter got interested in buying guitar with her hard owned money - got several quotes and Lovemore Boksburg gave her a quote 30 days valid - today she went to buy the guitar - all of the sudden the last guitar at that price is the one on display - never she was informed that the demo model is now applicable....never stated on the quote that it is for a demo model... this is not treating a customer fairly. I want a new guitar and NO demo/display instrument - suppose it was because she is a young lady and don't know better...???

Hello Muriel, I've read your comments with interest and thank you for raising your concerns. It is unfortunate that our stock holding of the subject guitar had changed between the issue of our quotation yesterday and Zeldi wishing to purchase today. With the current instability of our currency, it is very difficult to guarantee prices on imported goods for a 30 day period and our quotations reflect that pricing is based on current stock holdings for this reason. I assure you that our display unit of the guitar in question is in no way inferior to a new boxed unit and our Boksburg team were very happy to assist Zeldi in her choice and with beneficial price structures. That said, our store has today ordered additional stock of this unit and Zeldi's guitar will be exchanged for a new, boxed unit upon its arrival early next week.
