HANDLING OF COMPLAINT

I would like to thank Steve and the staff at Boksburg branch, the manner in which our complaint was handled and the quick response we got. Lovemore tryly went the extra mile in satisfying us as customers - want to thank everybody involved and can truelys state the the query was actually resolved before the complaint was placed on Hellopeter - therefore I'm sorry if I in anyway portrayed a negative image of Lovemore Music. Please accept my apologies in this regard.
