Awesome commitment to customer service and incredibly quick delivery

I placed an online order for a book from Lovemore Music on Tuesday afternoon just after 2:00 PM. To my surprise whilst checking out, I discovered I was not charged for shipping, although I was more than prepared to pay their usual, nominal R50 fee. In less than an hour of making payment, I received an email indicating that my order had already been dispatched. To my great delight, the book was delivered at 12:00 PM the following day - less than 22 hours after I placed my order.

Additionally, when I contacted Lovemore to find out why I had not been charged for shipping, I was told that they had decided to waive shipment charges on all orders between the end of March and end of June to encourage online shopping. I am sure this has helped many people, especially music teachers who have been struggling during this lockdown period. Amazing service and commitment to their customers and I highly recommend them to anyone!
