Shocking wedding dress

I hired a wedding dress from this Bridal Boutique store and paid quite a bit of money. On the day of my wedding, I tried on the dress for the first time since alterations had been done and the dress had sharp boning that stuck out and pierced into my skin. Due to it being a rental, I could not do a thing to alter this boning and as a result had to endure painful and continuous scratches on my chest. I wore the dress for less than three hours... THANK GOODNESS I had a spare dress to change into. When I emailed the boutique about this faulty wedding dress, there was no professional response. The floor assistant sent me a WhatsApp message and it was only a week later, that I received a poor response from the owner after having to follow up with a second email. I am highly disappointed in this small business as well as the quality and after business service. I will not be recommending them to any future brides and sincerely hope that no other bride has to shed tears over their wedding dress as a result of it causing them physical pain and discomfort like I experienced.
