Love Hair extensions(Shirley and Jordin)

This traveling salon offers extention installations. They are based in Boksburg, Gauteng.

I spoke the one of the ladies who's contact details are given on their Facebook page, her name is Shirley.

After receiving the price for the 26" micro ring extension, I asked for the clip in extension prices as the micro rings were not within my budget.

Shirley rep**** by asking me what my budget is and then said she can do it for me if I drive to their home.

I was in shock and excited so I went the following weekend. The installation was done but Shirley only showed up near the end.

I was never given a hand mirror to check my hair and photos were taken in multitude, but I never saw any.

Over 2.5 weeks of feeling out the hair I had multiple people tell me it does not blend well and I even noticed it so I had to figure out ways to hide it. In this time more than 3 of the hair pieces had fallen out. -P. S. This hair should last for up to 3 or 4 months...

Once I contacted the lady she responded well and said she will put the ones back that I had found.

I also decided to measure them now that they were loose... And what a Surprise!!! They were short of 10cm!!

When I confronted Shirley about this, I was given many excuses that do not match up with the lost 10cm.

I asked for a full set of actual 26" hair or a refund and was denied both.

I am so upset and would not recommend this place to anyone.
