Poor administration

It's so frustrating to be treated like a dog. I received an sms from Lovedale FET College stating that I should report to the college on Monday 29/02/2016 and I honoured the message. First of all, we waited for an hour before we were attended to. Secondly, what we were called for was not understandable. We were divided according to levels that we are going to do. We went to the lecturer who was supposed to attend us let us wait for an hour waiting for her. There's a certain lady who is the head of part-time studies who does NOT have a way of dealing with people. It's a race there on who's got the baddest behaviour. Waiting for hours and get nothing in return i.e. why we were called. It's so upsetting. Waisting my employer's time over Nothing. Thanks to the good people (a few to mention) like the Rector of the college (so humble and people orientated), admin. clerks in the admin office. I think they should improve their way of doing things. Just because one is in their krall does not mean they have such negative behaviour. They deal with people with their own problems too.
