Loved by Christ DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

I honestly wish I could rate this business 0 stars! This jewelry company advertises as being tarnish free. I received my order from this company in March. By the end of April my necklace was already completely tarnished. I reached out to them on the 7th of May. I had to continue messaging them up until the 21st of May to get a response. They only responded to me because I continued to leave comments on all their Instagram and TikTok posts. They told me that due to it being more than seven days after the purchase they take no responsibility due to the exchange period only being seven days. I rep**** saying that they should be advertising their products accordingly and that I was very disappointed with the horrible service that I have received. I also stated that I shouldn’t have to leave comments on their social media in order to get a response. They rep**** saying that escalated my claims to management but I’ve since not heard ANYTHING from them. I have continued to message them and I screenshots of our whole conversation. Since the 21st of May they have blocked me on Instagram so that I cannot review the horrible service I received from them. They also refuse to reply to any of my WhatsApp’s. Please do not order from this company. Their customer service is horrible. If you have a problem with their product they simply just block you. A paying customer should be able to contact and voice their complaints if they are not happy with their product. The fact that this is a Christian company and this is how they deal with customers is disgusting
