STAY AWAY FROM LOVEBIRD BNB... ITS NOT WHAT THEY SAY!

I would like to alert everyone about the lack of integrity of this Guest house or BNB. I booked a three night stay with them online and paid a 50% deposit required. Then I tried to get confirmation of my booking from them without success. Unfortunately for me it was a group booking so the other group members booked an alternative place for us meaning I had to request a refund from Lovebird BNB. This has been a nightmare for me as they keep making promises to refund me without action. I now discovered that the owner of the BNB doesn't want his name or contact details to be known by the guests so everything is done by the receptionists. They do not know how to solve the problem so they either put the phone down on my ears or keep on lying to me about the refund. I saw on previous reviews from other guests that they never received their cancellation fees even though it was in the cancellation policy. I now had to apply for assistance from SATSA and TSA and also opened a police case against the Lovebird Resort. They are promising to assist me but it really was not necessary to go through this hassle if the establishment was honest and genuine. To save yourself any trouble even if it is not with refund issues, do yourself a favour and read previous guests reviews about this BNB - it is all not a lie the people have no integrity at all. I hope this helps someone innocent not to be treated so badly by these people who pose as a genuine guest house.
