HAIR EXTENSIONS FALSE ADVERTISING

I added a Facebook page 'Love your hair SA' who sell 1 piece clip in hair extensions. after ordering and paying my R680-00 immediately I received a parcel the following day which was a hair piece only...Obviously I was not happy and asked the to refund me. Apparently they cannot and eventually I had to pay and extra amount of R920-00 to get the ear to ear extensions. I did so in order not to cause trouble and I really wanted the extensions. After 1 day I received the new parcel and returned the previously deliver wrong parcel and signed for it. when I opened this was a bit better but definitely not ear to ear extensions and definitely not worth the money as there is absolutely no use for me for this. I tried to get info of the main supplier but was unable I received a voice clip with a very bad attitude lady basically referring to me not knowing what i want etc. They also said that i never sent back the wrong prod even after i sent them the signed copy. they were unable to help any further and I just thought that in a way this is *****ing according to the Facebook page the hair is ear to ear and that is FALSE. R1600 for nothing.and they won't even try to solve the problem.
