Tombstone delivery

We bought a tombstone at love tombstone in umthatha on the 4 January 2020 as per invoice no 4450. They said they will deliver the tombstone on the 7 JANUARY they never did.on the following morning I went to their office to enquire I was told that the truck was on it's way from Margate they deliver the tombstone but till now. I phoned Williams who is responsible for the delivery he was very rude and told me that I must phone Ramaposa and asked him why did he made lock down which they never mentioned about delays when we started the business mind you the funeral is tomorrow morning
