Monique Kuhn is interested in money than baking

I ordered wedding cake , after I saw special advertised on Group on. Company's name is Love to Bake Pretoria and owner is Monique Kuhn. The cake she delivered was not the designed we chose, it was very small, and falling apart. <br> My order was 3 tier cake, red velvet on top, vanilla and chocolate . with 48 cup cakes, there were only 2 tiers, with one flavour, no cup cakes were delivered, I WAS SO HURT TO SEE THAT ON MY WEDDING DAY<br> following day I called , sent messages , emails , she didn't respond, 3 days later I called using a different number, she picked up. Her excuse is that she works alone, so the cup cakes had ants, that's why she didn't deliver them, she forgot cake was red velvet and chocolate , this person should not even be allowed to practise business if that's how she treats customers. I have been calling to ask her my money back, she is not picking up my phone. Please DO NOT USE LOVE TO BAKE FOR ANY THING. SHE IS ***** DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO BAKE.
