Bad bad service

I bought a groupon voucher for a cake with cupcakes and cake pops. On the day of collection the cake wasn't ready and the cupcakes looked shabby, instead of getting a proper apology or explanation we got bad attitude. It's been 2 weeks since and we haven't received our refund, now Monique is saying she wants to give us half the money since we took the cupcakes.
