Overpriced Synthetic Hair

<p>Guys please be aware of this woman selling "human hair".</p> <p>My fiance and mother tried to surprise me with extensions for my wedding day. Shockingly this morning the surprise went south. </p> <p> </p> <p>When I enquired about human hair extensions I was given pricing and my fiance and mom went behind my back to buy this product for me as a surprise. </p> <p> </p> <p>To our surprise we got synthetic hair. And the woman was very unprofessional and advised that the sale was between my mom and her although my mother asked for the product that we (myself and the owner of Love Her Madly) discussed which is funny enough human hair. Why would I want to spend R2450 on **** hair when I could get it for R1100. She was quick to say the transaction was not between her and myself and was very rude and unprofessional. She didn't even send the correct colour. And needless to say synthetic hair. She is quick to say no refunds and if I want real human hair I can get it for R5400. Which in our initial message goes for R3900 and was on special for R2350.</p> <p> </p> <p>After the payment was made she blocked my mother and they had to get a hold of her on another number after almost two weeks and demanded a tracking number. </p> <p> </p> <p>She is threatening with her lawyers in an attempt to not expose her work ethics and into bullying me to accept the **** hair and expect me to use settle for the plastic hair.</p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-family: 'Avenir W01';">Her business also changed names from Glamorous Hair to now known as Love her Madly clip in hair.</span></p> <p> </p> <p>She advised that the sale was between her and my mom so basically has nothing to do with me(although my mom advised as discussed with Maryka)</p> <p> </p> <p>We received the package on Friday and Sa****ay when I found out about the hair I said I wanted a refund as per the Consumer Protection Act. Nowhere did we sign Terms and Conditions that no refunds are at play .</p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-family: 'Avenir W01';">She just said no refunds and she is not at fault. </span></p>
