My hair is ruined and I got 50g but paid for 120g

Firstly my scalp bled and hair fell out because of bad installation of the extensions. When a hairdresser took them out it pulled my hair out because the extensions were so badly put in. We then weighed the extensions and there was 50g left after a month of installation being in. I paid for 120g , they promised to replace the rest of the hair at their cost and then failed to answer any of my messages . These people are ************ please be aware
