DISAPPOINTED

I live in Cape Town and had received 3 dresses as a gift from this place. the firast dress fitted well so I decided to keep it. The second dress had a rough fabric which was scratching my skin and the third was a skirt and top dress set of which the skirt was damaged. Hence I wanted to exchange the dress with the rough scratchy fabric for something else and the skirt from the set swapped for another one as it was damaged. Only to get to the store and find out they don't do cash refunds (which is fine with me, I don't want the money) or exchages after 7 days. Now how does someone living in a completely different city return something within 7 days? And why couldn't they swap the damaged skirt they sold? I consider this a very disappointing experiance and feel horrible for the person who spent all that money and made effort getting me these dresses.
