Wedding Florist Distaster
This must be the most UNPROFESSIONAL wedding florist service. Please do not book or use them for your special day. She booked 2 weddings on the same day and unfortunately my sister in laws wedding was the one Coreen chose to not give her attention to- this meant we as family and guests had to jump in and put flowers and arrangements together. Her staff had no clue what had to go where and just shrugged their shoulders!!!! The wedding was set to start at 3pm. I was helping with the floral arrangements in the cermony hall until 2:30pm. The quality of her flower work was absolutely terrible- DRIED, DIRTY, BRUISED, DEAD and SAD flowers. Special requests were made for NO roses yet what arrived on the day- dead & bruised roses!!! It looked like leftovers from another wedding! Coreen could not be bothered to be contacted on the day after giving full confidence that she will be there on the day. Her husband who is in business with her is arrogant and could not care for customer service! She arrived at 3pm to do the wedding table flower arrangements- who knows what she was thinking to arrive at 3pm when the wedding started to do flower arrangements!!!!!! My family paid a fortune for flowers and half of the items did not arrive or was unaccounted for- UNPROFESSIONAL, GREEDY, INEXPERIENCED AND SHOCKING! If you want your day to be special and do not want guests doing flower arrangements on your day, DO NOT USE COREEN!! Making sure many get word of this horrific company and their terrible values and quality of work!!!!!!!

First and foremost I am deeply saddened that you have had a negative experience and I would like to express my sincere apologies for this. It has never been and will never be my intention to ruin a brides wedding day or experience and in turn have my business’ reputation tarnished, nor am I a vindictive person nor conduct my business in such a manner.
I would like to inform you that we have taken the time to conduct a full investigation on the allegations and facts which have been brought to our attention by our staff, suppliers involved on the day, family members and the venue. From our side to which we are at fault; we have taken the necessary action to ensure that it does not happen again, we have also refunded on the said amount agreed upon to your mother. On the allegations that we have disagreed on, I have given my opinion on the situation directly.
We pride ourselves (as our reputation has proven over 9 years) on good service and meeting expectations - I am very sorry that this was not the case with your wedding.
