Unprofessional Service

<p>I bought a wedding dress in March from Love and Lace. Since then I had to constantly ask them about the dress and where the dress is. The end of May Love and Lace said I will receive the dress in the first week of June. After 4 weeks of contacting Love and Love I received a message that the dress wil be delivered to me on 23 June between 4 and 5. When I contacted Love and Lace the lady said she will not be able to make it between 4 and 5. I asked her to give me a time for later the evening but she couldn't. Eventually she said she would send someone else to deliver the dress after I asked het that she must please be with when I fit the dress so that we can see everything is good. I sent her a location of my house on whatsapp so that she could send it to the other person bringing the dress. 18:20 the lady contacted me telling me that the other person left my dress at Ocean Basket Hartbee****rt which is HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL! I was notified to go pick the dress up myself. I went and collected the dress but was HIGHLY UPSET about the way everything was handled. I told her that what she did was highly unprofessional and she said she is sorry that I feel that way. When I got home i fitted the dress myself. It was way too big as I did not even loose any weight after the lady did the measurements. The dress does not even fit my body properly so clearly she did not even know how to measure correctly. I am highly upset about the service of Love and Lace. I will NEVER use them again and hope that the future brides read this complaint.</p>
