Terrible service!

Terrible service- do NOT order from them! I ordered 5 products, but as soon as I paid, I received no further communication. I used all possible methods (email and phone) to contact the owner through whom I ordered, but only received a reply when I used Facebook as a last resort. I received my items THREE MONTHS after I have paid for them. The overall lack of communication had me wondering if I was ever going to receive my items, or if my money was gone.
