Love and Lace - haven't received my order in nearly 4 months

I ordered Bridal robes, slippers and paid for this and for delivery from Love And Lace on June 27, 2019. As of today, 24 October 2019, I have still not received my order or a refund. I have followed-up numerous times, and each time I've been issued with an excuse. I have also been blocked from their Facebook page so that I am no longer able to follow-up via inbox, or comment on their posts.
