Love and Lace - Bad Customer Service!

I was highly disappointed in Lindie. I had ordered bridal robes and had specific requirements. She said she could do them to my spec. She also said 3 weeks. After much back and forth where I had to continously follow up.... I had received my robes 6 weeks later. They were the incorrect material and lace. I had sent her a message explaining that they were not what I ordered. She blocked me immediately. She had also forgotten I needed names printed....... should you want specific items within a reasonable time.... this may not be the place for you. I just want a refund because I wont be using the robes I got.
