Bad service delivery

Nightmare! I ordered 5 brides****s gowns on 21 July. I paid immediately. I was promised that it would be done within 4 weeks, but after several attempts to reach the owner, she finally responded with a email promising that I would have it on 5 September. Still no package and no reaction from the owner. This is highly unprofessional and very bad service delivery. I see it now as theft as the owner accepted money without delivering the item as promised. I also want to warn all people not to make use of Love and Lace.
