Worst attorneys ever
The worst ever attorneys that we have dealt with
They charged us huge amounts for small items to be done when we sold our house. They were also involved in a meeting were we discussed monies that need to refunded to us. Now they are refusing to ensure that we get these monies agreed on.
I was told by one of the directors Marius that I am to emotionally involved in the house sale due to me demanding that we get what we deserve. Be very careful when dealing with them, they will stab you in the back and tell you lies just so they can get a house sold along with Fine and Country Johannesburg

05 May 2021, 09:38We were contacted but thismatter has still not been resolved, we are still out of pocket due to the buyer not giving back our gate motor or paying the R3000 for it as agreed in the meeting with the attorneys and house agent. We are very disappointed that we still have this matter unresolved 3 years later. Now we are just meant to accept it? And also no effort was made to refund us the money we paid for security to look after the property untill the purchaser took ownership. This was also agreed to in the meeting with the purchaser and conveniently not taken further.

05 May 2021, 09:42We were told to deal with a cobtact person if the attorneys and she just said that she could not understand what we were on about as the message was in Afrikaans. I really feel like she felt we were of no worth and she can just ignore our request because they are almighty attorneys with degrees so they can do what they please. We had to pay R10000 due to neglegence of the house agents for vandalism to our property and we also lost curtains which were ****** and R10000 for security to keep the house safe untill the purchaser took ownership. So they are happy that we had to pay more than R20000 so the purchaser has a smooth purchase but we have to be out of pocket. We are very unhappy.
