LOUW AND COETZEE BAD SERVICE

Good afternoon, I would just like to say that I have had a horrible experience with Louw and Coetzee properties.

They do not care about their clients and treat their tenants like dirt.

(Problem 1) My girlfriend moved into a granny flat they had advertised on property 24. We where promised vistors parking by the agent, as soon as she moved in, paid all of their fees and a deposit we find out that everyone (neighbours and landlord) is unhappy with me parking in the designated spot.

Just a side note (I only visit my girlfriend once or twice a week max).

I slept over at her house for one night and they made it seem as if I was living there, no where in the lease does it say she cannot have visitors.

The landlord then tells the HR of Louw and Coetzee that she does not want my girlfriend in the premise anymore. (After only 1 month of living there)

My girlfriend was unaware that the landlord had done this. She only found out when Louw and Coetzee sent a nasty email saying she has 2 months to vacate which I think is so unprofessional. Instead of trying to resolve the issue and keep both parties happy they treated her so badly and made it seem like she was doing something wrong by asking for a VISITORS PARKING.

(Problem 2) They then went on to say that they will not be giving her security deposit back if she does not deep clean the carpets and provide them with receipts.

When my girlfriend moved in she fell violently Ill because of the dust that had accumulated on the carpets, for the first 2 weeks she could not breathe and had to sleep on the kitchen floor. When we complained and asked for something to be done the landlord did not care. We took it up with the agents and they did not come with a solution. We had to borrow an industrial vacuum cleaner from friends so my girlfriend could actually breathe in her own home.

How is it fair that she then has to pay for a deep clean on the carpets if the first 2 weeks of her month long stay was a living nightmare.

I honestly cannot believe how horrible Louw and Coetzee are towards their clients.

I do not want anyone else to go through what we went through.

I promise you that I will never go back to them, hopefully they see this and decide to change their attitudes towards their client as we are people too and deserve respect.
