EWWWW!!!

the WORST experience ever, do not deal with this people. unannounced reschedules , wasting peoples time and money/ petrol for no good reason! absolutely ridiculous waste of time and money, the most unprofessional group, and specifically elder employee ( not giving names , in case)! this woman made appointment with me three times, didn't respond to emails. and when organized the viewing, she just bailed. wasted my day and money. usually it wouldnt be a big deal., but this is just insane! please use any other company but this one! if this is the way they do business, imagine what would happen if something goes wrong in the flat/ house you would be renting from them. extremely unprofessional!!!
