Louvre Deck leaking

I had a louvre deck roof intalled and for more that one year are trying to get it fixed as it is useless . When it rains you cannot use it at all and have to use an umbrella to keep dry. Even in day time you can see the sun when it is closed so bad is the alighnment of the louvers. I have contacted the supplier many times and had to wait 3 to 6 months befor they send some one only to have a look and the answer is " we will come back later " For the price that i have paid i could have installed 3 normal roofs.
