Unprofessional and unhelpful

Totally unfriendly and unhelpful. Also trading under the name ALPLAS Shutters and Louvre company. Venessa, I am sure the business is not yours and if the owner knows you are turning away hundreds of thousands of Rands by your ****py attitude alone, I am sure they will let you go, unless they just don't care about their brand/s. I was there before closing time but they were all outside already (albeit their times on internet says 3:15pm). She (Venessa) then goes back in for another customer (pensioner age) and I thus assumed they are still trading but got told we closed- but I am now inside. I asked what time closing is and was informed 3pm. I then pointed out that it is NOT 3pm yet and was asked in the most abrupt manner "then what time is it then?" I said certainly not 3pm yet, to which she shows me the screen of the POS machine and I laughed because even that still showed it wasn't 3pm yet. Will NEVER recommend or use them, even though they are right next to my Audi Mechanic Paul. Shocking Venessa, shocking company representative
