Never will I ever set my feet in Loretta's again!

Being a local and buying the marble cheesecake for years, I got a sour one (And I know how rotten cheesecake tastes). After a few other people tasted and also agreed that this one is sour I decided to take it back. Driving back to get a refund or another cake, the owner was so disrespectful and rude. He refused to believe that his cake was off and that people would say that. After him and his staff tasted slices from my cake and ones in the fridge, he asked me to go back with the cake they just tasted from + the 2 slices from the fridge and compare it. COVID much? + You ruined all the slices with your staff tasting! How ridiculous! You just lost a whole lot of business.
