Bad student accommodation

I do not recommend this student accommodation at all. The management is so unprofessional.

I have been pending my refund for over 4 months now, send several emails with no feedback at all.

Tried calling Louis the owner but you can never get through him. His assistant Vuyo she is even scared of him.

Yet they very quick to lock the student outside if they didn’t receive the accommodation payment but when it is time for them to refund the parents what is due to them then they all disappear Louis the owner, George management, Vuyo the assistant none of them will ever respond to you.

This is so frustrating.
