Poor service

I'm so angry with their slow poor management..they ordered my medicatin arond 23:40 now it's 02:56 and I'm still waiting for them in pain..why don't they priorotize admitted patients..they will even tell you that the Pharmacy is slow..,eveytime my Docter prescribed a pill it takes forever...I'm writing this in pain waiting for my pills at the ward to be delivered since last night..
