Louis Pasteur Private Hospital

My father has been a patient in this hospital a few times and the telephone etiquette never improves, even if i want to check on him- I will not be directed to his room or the person answering the phone will be abrupt. on 16th of August his pills (ibrufen he brought with) went missing from inside his bag. he is an elderly person there for care.
