Horrible experience

Paedatric ward had horrible experience 90% of the stuff were mean rude n took forever. They would take forever to put my sons drip then going to the toilet I would take the drip and hold it for my son as he did what he needed, I was then told not in a friendly manner that I'm not supposed to take the drip out of the room, I asked what am supposed to do and they said call them to disconnect the drip when I do call them they take forever to come my son ended up peeing on himself

When they do disconnect the drip again they take forever to connect it again. And today when the supervisor/manager came one of the nurses brought the drip hanger cause all along we had it hanging on the wall steel when I ask why today she says cause if the manager sees that the drip line is running on the floor they will get into trouble So in my head it's like you only work or show that you are working when your supervisor comes

We wake up at 4am to bath n get ready for the doctor the kids food supposed to be here at 8am food arrives at 9am when I asked what time is the food supposed to arrive I was told not to look at the time as if I must be glad that the food arrived n be grateful

Toilet don't work have to use the outside toilets for public next to the lifts

There were only 4 nurses since I came who were so helpful but the work with shift so I don't see them anymore I'm stuck with the rude ones who do as they please when they want

I gave birth @stevebiko public hospital and the service there was beautiful and to pay so much money for medical aid for a private hospital with private beds n private everything to receive horrible service is a disgrace

And the worst part is they make the doctors look bad although I love my doctor I think his good n the physician he recommended they really helped my son but in inconsistency of the nurse and giving the meds will delay the recovery process
