I was sick on 5/1/18 and went to Casualties at Louis Pasteur hospital. At the patient receiption we were told to pay 100.00. The cashier wrote out a receipt of 100.00 & instead swiped from my bank 500.00.l was very sick upon noticing we went back and the lady Pinky Malapane said it was an oversight and she swiped 100.00.and supposedly reversed the 500.00. She claimed that the reversal would reflect in my account the following day. Today 6/1/17 which is the following day my money is not available and the transaction is still on hold on my account. The personnel could not help me and delayed my travel as l wanted my money. I offered to reverse the money back to them When l got the refund as l need to go Botswana today. I have been inconvenienced and do not have money for my travel as they have decided to de***** me
