***** by Dr Doris Mphahlele

I just received an SMS that my account has been handed over to collectors because I owe a Dr Doris Mphahlele Orthotics & Prosthetics 1 for R1207.67. This is obviously ***** as I have never seen this Dr in my life, I am going to complain to the medical board for ********** claims against my name. The hospital clearly gives information out to different doctors in the hospital because how did Doris Mphahlele get my information when I was only in maternity ward last year.
