Bad service from the hospital

Today I got a call from this hospital saying that I have an outstanding amount of R274 due to the fact that my medical aid rejected claim for Novalac Milk.

So when my child was admitted at this hospital, it was prescribed to him that he must take Novalac formula, 2 days into admission, the hospital said they do not have any Novalac to feed my child and then we gave him the Milk that he has been taking prior to the prescribed milk.

The end of the two days.. we realise that the hospital is not doing anything with getting my child novalac… then I went on to the Pharmacy and bought Novalac so my child can have the right milk…

On the 3rd day the brought Navalac and we told them it’s fine we already bought the formula but the hospital insisted we to keep another formula that they brought because they will claim from the Medical aid anyway .. so we kept it too…

Today they saying the claim was rejected and that we need to pay for it…
