Bad Service from Dr Mokaya

I honestly don't know how long it takes to write a medical report from an operation which i had . I called Dr Mokaya rooms in Sunninghill hosipital- February 2017 looking for my medical report of my operation as i was seeking a second opinion. It is September now and i am still awaiting my medical report.

Has anyone else experienced bad and slow service from Dr Mokaya in Sunninghill/ Sandton Johannesburg ?
