Bad service

Treatment from Hell.. I wanted to get admitted at Vista hospital but needed DR Sicwebu to book me in.. The receptionist lady made me wait outside the doctors office over 30 min and when she arrived she said she was at the salon getting her hair done because she needs to get home before 5 pm. She then gave me covid test forms and did not explain in detail where I will get tested. I was supposed to be booked in vista hospital on the 6th of February..later to call Vista and discover that the lady from DR Sicwebu offices did not open a file from me nor book me in.

I am very disappointed at how the lady did not treat my admission as priority or as an urgent matter. I am currently seating at home waiting for the lady to resume duty so she can do admin where as I would have already started my healing process.
