Bad hospital and I'm so dissapointed it's a a public hospital
I'm utterly disgusted and disappointed of this hospital the paeditrician ward is worse and it's like a public hospital with old blankets and uncomfortable chairs including the staff that doesn't even understand customer care. I can't let my daughter stay in such a disgusting hospital. I'm so disappointed at their toilet there was no soap to wash hands and you had their bells are not working so the patient has to call loud to be assisted

25 Jun 2025, 12:56Yesterday, I had a bad experience, but today I'm truly happy. The company took my concerns seriously, and even sent the responsible Manager to address the issue. I’m now sitting comfortably and satisfied.
